Little Chefs Kitchen – UK

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Little Chefs Kitchen, including birthday parties, after-school clubs, and other related events. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only once full payment is received or a deposit (if agreed) has been made.
For birthday parties, full payment is due at least 7 days before the event.
After-school club bookings are term-based and must be paid in full prior to the start of the term.
Little Chefs Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid or partially paid bookings.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms. In summary:

Birthday parties cancelled 14+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund minus a £25 admin fee.
After-school clubs are non-refundable once the term has started unless cancelled by Little Chefs Kitchen.

3. Health & Safety

All ingredients and equipment are provided by Little Chefs Kitchen and are child-friendly and age-appropriate.
It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs.
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

4. Supervision & Behaviour

For birthday parties, adult supervision by the parent/host is required at all times.
For after-school clubs, children must be collected on time.
We reserve the right to remove a child from an activity if their behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts the session.

5. Photos & Media

We may take photos during events for promotional use (social media, website, etc.).
You will be asked to provide consent during the booking process. No images will be used without prior permission.

6. Liability

Little Chefs Kitchen has full Public Liability Insurance and all staff are DBS-checked.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs due to failure to follow instructions or parental negligence.
Parents remain responsible for their children’s welfare outside the session times.

7. Intellectual Property

All recipes, lesson content, branding, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Little Chefs Kitchen and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, illness, venue closure, etc.).
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
