My name is Maria Esperanza, although, everyone knows me as Espe. I am a mum of two, Spanish and a food lover. I grew up in a family who has a passion for food, cooking and tradition. Both my mum and dad have always been role models in the kitchen and they have taught me, and my siblings to cook with love and passion. My parents always wanted us to grow independent and with the knowledge about the importance of what we eat and how we eat it. Cooking is not just a daily task, it is art and it can be very fun!! Little Chefs Kitchen was born from that passion for food and cooking. It is a mobile service offering fun, hands-on skill-based education for ages from 4-12, not only for birthday parties but also after school clubs, with a mission to promote food literacy through interactive learning and fun experiences.
