Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Little Chefs Kitchen, we understand that plans can change. We aim to offer flexibility while also ensuring that we can fairly manage resources and bookings.

Birthday Parties
  • Cancellation with 14+ days’ notice: Full refund minus a £25 admin fee.

  • Cancellation with 7–13 days’ notice: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice: No refund, but we will try to offer a rescheduled date at no extra cost if availability allows.

Rescheduling (14+ days’ notice): One free reschedule permitted. Further changes may incur a £25 admin fee.

After-School Clubs

  • Refunds will only be issued if the club is cancelled by Little Chefs Kitchen due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, school closure, etc.).

  • If your child misses a session due to illness or other personal reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or make-up sessions.

  • Cancellations before the term begins: Full refund minus a £10 admin fee if cancelled at least 5 days before the first session.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We aim to be fair and understanding. If you experience a personal emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
